PASSION PROJECT FINAL PRESENTATION

  • Hoop University 101

From Driveway Lights to Game Nights. Practice Anywhere. Play Everywhere.

    Created by: Jase Dobson

  • My original idea was to do a free basketball camp with my friend for grades 3rd through 4th.

  • This project was worth my time because I am passionate about helping younger kids get better at basketball. This is important to me because the next generation of basketball should be best generation of basketball players.

  • One of the challenges was having to start this assignment over because I realized that I didn’t have the time to run a full basketball camp.

This website was another way to help younger kids get better at basketball.

    1. Planning the website and project

    2. Picking a template and building the website

    3. Filming and editing videos

    4. Writing “How To” Tutorials

    5. Publishing the Website

    6. Planning Advertising

  • My original idea changed from a basketball camp to a basketball skills website. This changes because I didn’t have the time to run a camp but still wanted to help younger kids get better at basketball.

  • My final product is a basketball skills page for child basketball players.

  • Yes, I will continue working on this project for next years Passion Project. I would do this project again because I like the idea of this website and want to see if I can grow it into a paid page.
